60 km/h? Because 60 mph is close to 100 km/h which is reasonable highway speed (as long as using the correct lanes, but WRT lane hogging, it is the non-overtaking that is the problem rather than the speed itself), faster than large commercial vehicles, which are forcibly restricted to 90 km/h.

Load not secured is terrible though, obviously. – Ed.
