Serious question because I’ve always wondered when seeing stuff like this: Even though red car didn’t hit anybody and nobody was harmed- could the driver still submit dash cam footage to authorities and get them in trouble for reckless driving or something?
People like that should have their licenses revoked! Obviously they don’t know how to lane change properly…
I don’t understand why so many drivers don’t realize that decelerating is an option when you need to merge. Drives me nuts.
When you see people like this you need to downshift and get ahead of them as quickly as possible

Does no one honk?! (Maybe just couldn’t hear it in video). So many people where I live don’t (fear of getting shot and such supposedly) while I am the type to lay on it briefly- letting the person know they are an idiot while also alerting/warning others around as well.
They slow down while changing lanes. Incredible stuff.
