Where did this happen? This is a common occurrence in the Pittsburgh area…it seems people have decided that it’s “good manners” to let people turn left in front of you even when they don’t have the right of way. Another version of the “Pittsburgh left” is at stop lights, when the light turns green, if the first car in line is turning left, they will try to gun it through the intersection in front of the oncoming traffic going straight. It’s a strange driving universe out there.
