If I remember correctly, guardia civil is like a special unit..not to mess with…
It happened in Huelva (southern spain). 2 police officers are injured, and the driver was carry to the hospital following protocols. I’m not the one recording this but, he is saying: They have him, look at what he is doing… and then keeps saying: “Just look at that dude” (referring to the driver) on and on, with a very thick southern accent.
Edit: I think they’re not “Guardias civiles”, but the national police force.
