Poor RALPHIE is no stranger to this shelter he was Adopted as a wee pup back in 2014 and now finds himself back in the same predicament as he was before unwanted and unloved ?
And he is neither of the above
He LOVES PEOPLE AND LIKES OTHER DOGS and would make a wonderful companion to someone being as he is a small dog ❗
Please come and see him he has has little to no networking at all being as he is just a plain looking baby as dogs go but his heart and soul are FULL OF LOVE TO GIVE JUST GIVE HIM A CHANCE PLEASE YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED
