Donia Smirganam, published a romantic picture accompanied by her husband, commented: "Happy birthday my love, Lord, all your days full of success and happiness, love and peace, and always proud of you, our Lord protect you, my love."

Donia Samir Ghanem married Rami Radwan in 2013, in the presence of a large number of stars of the artistic community, after a love story between them, and they have the only name and called it «Kayla», and appeared with her on more than one occasion, while keen to hide her face.
