This man has some authoritarian tendencies that are scary. No doubt he is brilliant and articulate. l am impressed and hopeful about his suggestions for prison reforms. I pray he can reform the prisons ASAP, but most of his ideas about the judiciary would require constitutional reforms and might impact his chances of success. He would be stepping on many toes. Nonetheless, people shine your eyes and truly listen to his words about the criteria to contest for the presidency of Nigeria, regional Supreme Courts etc. Why does someone need to have served in government to run for office? Eloquent speeches do not equate to success. I wish him well but he would have to learn to be tactful. Everything is not a battle. One can still get your point across without sounding authoritarian. This is a democracy!! Some of these senators are shameless. I just feel sorry for the promise of our great country.???. Please pray for Nigeria.

Everyone having the right to appeal is contrary to your suggestion for decongesting the Supreme Court. All over the world, the condition of seeking leave to appeal is necessary to sift cases going "up" the judicature. A time limit is also attached to ensure swift dispensation of justice.
Flawless but can these views be implemented in a multiethnic society divided along religious, and political cleavages. It is easier said than done in Nigeria especially when entrusted with political power. That's a good one nevertheless.
