Honoring Stars of Art at Hamsa Arts Festival

The “Hamsa” Art Festival was held to honor the stars of the drama, on Wednesday evening, September 4, at the Grand Theater of the Egyptian Opera House.

During the ceremony, a number of artists who participated in last Ramadan's drama were honored, along with some Egyptian artistic symbols who enriched the artistic life with many important works.

Among the honorees were Mohamed Sobhi, Hani Salama, Hiba Magdy, Edward, Hossam Dagher, Mohsen Mohieldin, Ahmed Siam, Ahmed Nabil, Hanadi Mehanna, Ahmed Zaher, Youssef Shaaban, Mahmoud El-Bazawi, Mohamed El-Gheity, and others.

Madeleine Tabar, president of the festival's honor, handed the honorary shields to the honored stars.

It is noteworthy that the seventh session of the festival "Hamsa" bearing the name of the great artist Mahmoud Yassin, and the last session bore the name of the late artist Farid Shawki, during which a large number of stars in Egypt and the Arab world were honored.
