Celtics Dealt Another Gruesome Injury

Celtics shooting guard Jaylen Brown took a nasty spill late in the third quarter against the Timberwolves. After driving to the lane and completing a thunderous dunk, Brown lost his balance and hit the hardwood head first.

The scene was all too familiar for the Celtics, who lost All-Star Gordon Hayward with a broken leg just one minute into the season. Despite a stretcher being brought on the floor, Brown was able to walk to the locker room on his on power.

Brown has been placed under the NBA’s concussion protocol and will undergo further medical evaluation.
