New lawsuit against Mohammed Ramadan

Ashraf Abdul Aziz, the lawyer of Mohamed Abdel Muttal, the president of the Egyptian channel MBC, filed a lawsuit against Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan.

Abdalmtalal called for Ramadan during the lawsuit for a financial compensation of 5 million pounds and a moral compensation of two million pounds for the damage suffered by his client material and moral.

The lawsuit was based on a final judgment against Ramadan in June, fined 10,000 pounds and a civil suit for 10001 pounds for libel and defamation of Mohamed Abdel Muttal, director general of MBC Egypt channels.

The Dukki Court of Misdemeanors appealed the sentence against Mohamed Ramadan, fined him 10,000 pounds and the sentence was suspended for six months on suspension. He was charged with libel and defamation by Mohamed Abdel Muttal, director general of MBC channels.

Ashraf Abdul Aziz, the lawyer for Mohamed Abdel Muttal, filed a lawsuit accusing Mohammed Ramadan of broadcasting a video on his official pages through social networking sites and carried him all the different news sites and media, and he insulted Mohammed Abdel Muttal.

Ashraf Abdul Aziz said that he called for the punishment of the artist Mohammad Ramadan on charges of libel and slander in accordance with the articles of Penal Code 171, 188, 306, 307, and 308.
