1- On part 4. My spouse doesn't speak and read English very well I filled it out and was just explaining everything to her. Therefore, i did not check 1.a and either 1.b because I did not use any interpreter. Is that correct ?
2- On Item 2 of the same part 4, I filled the box with my name since I am the preparer is that right?
3- Should I fill out Part 6, sign and date? I am the one that filled out or prepare form I-130. I am confused for the explanation they provide on the instruction.
